General terms and conditions

The provider is Hotel Alpenfeuer Montafon GmbH, Gortipohl 3, 6791 St. Gallenkirch, Österreich.

Accommodation contracts with us are governed by the Austrian General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 (AGBH 2006, version of 15.11.2006) of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber, unless otherwise agreed below or in your booking confirmation. The AGBH 2006 are subsidiary to individual agreements.

Bookings can be made online via our booking system, by phone, email or in writing. The contract is concluded upon our acceptance. Binding details such as price, scope of services, deposit and cancellation conditions follow in the booking confirmation and take precedence over the general cancellation rates of the AGBH 2006.

In our house, rooms are available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we ask that rooms be returned by 10:00 am. Earlier check-in or later check-out is only possible by arrangement and subject to availability.

Prices are quoted in euros and include the statutory value added tax unless otherwise agreed. Local and tourism levies are generally not included in the room price and are shown separately.

Pets are only permitted by prior arrangement. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant areas or in the wellness area. Quiet zones, especially in the wellness area, are to be observed as part of the house rules.

The offer of Hotel Alpenfeuer is aimed at consumers within the meaning of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG).

Bookings can be made online via the booking system, by phone, email or in writing. The accommodation contract is concluded when the booking is accepted by the provider.

Verifiable details such as price, scope of services, deposit and cancellation conditions follow in the booking confirmation and take precedence over the general cancellation rates of the AGBH 2006.

The agreed deposit is due as stated in the booking confirmation and is to be transferred to the account named there.

Cancellations must be made in writing (by email or letter) and are governed by the cancellation conditions in the booking confirmation.

Where nothing else is agreed, the cancellation rates of the AGBH 2006 apply.

For packages and special rates with individual cancellation conditions, the conditions stated in the respective offer apply.

Non-refundable rates are charged according to their stated conditions.

The contract is governed by Austrian law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

The place of jurisdiction is the court locally competent for the provider; for consumers, the court of their general place of jurisdiction remains possible.
