Our hotel is located in Gortipohl, a quiet part of St. Gallenkirch in the Montafon. The "Gortipohl Zentrum" bus stop as well as numerous hiking trails and leisure facilities are right on our doorstep.

You can book your stay directly on our website. There you will find currently available rooms, rates, board options and booking conditions.

The cancellation terms depend on the rate and package you have chosen. The conditions that apply to your reservation can be found directly in the offer and in your booking confirmation.

Yes. Please let us know requests such as a quiet room, a particular room location, separate beds or special requirements directly when you book. We do our best to accommodate your wishes, although we cannot always guarantee them.

Your room is available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. If you expect to arrive after 6:00 pm, please let us know briefly in advance.

Checking in earlier depends on availability and cannot be guaranteed. However, you are welcome to store your luggage with us beforehand and enjoy your holiday day in the Montafon.

Check-out is possible until 10:00 am. Please return your room key card to reception before you leave. On request, you can also store your luggage with us after check-out.

A late check-out is possible depending on room availability and by prior arrangement. Please ask at reception in good time.

Our reception is open daily from 8:00 am to 8:30 pm.

Yes. We are happy to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out. If you need help carrying it to your room, we are glad to assist.

You can pay your hotel bill in cash, by debit card, Mastercard or Visa. Payment is already possible the evening before until 8:30 pm or on the day of departure from 8:00 am.

Whether the local tourism tax is already included in the displayed price or charged additionally is shown in your personal offer and in your booking confirmation.

Yes. Consumptions in the restaurant and at the hotel bar can be added to your room bill. We kindly ask you to check and sign the receipts daily.

Our rooms are spread across the Feuer, Alpenrose and Stammhaus areas of the hotel. Please note that rooms in the Stammhaus (main house) are accessible via stairs only and there is no lift there.

Not all rooms and hotel areas are fully barrier-free. In particular, the rooms in the Stammhaus can only be reached via stairs. Please contact us before booking so that we can choose a suitable room together with you.

Yes. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. As we are located right in the mountains, the internet speed may occasionally differ from what you are used to in larger cities.

Yes, families with children are very welcome. Please state the ages of the children travelling with you when booking so that we can offer you the right room category.

Please let us know when booking if you need a baby cot. Subject to availability, we are happy to provide one for you.

Depending on the size of your family, different room categories are available. Our reception team will gladly help you find the right room for your family holiday in the Montafon.

Our generous breakfast buffet with regional products is available daily from 7:30 to 9:30 am.

When booking with half board, you enjoy our breakfast buffet in the morning and a multi-course dinner menu of your choice in the evening. This includes a choice of main course as well as a fresh daily salad buffet or a starter course.

We kindly ask you to come to the restaurant between 6:30 and 7:45 pm. On your first evening we will wait for you at the restaurant entrance and show you to your table.

You are welcome to enjoy our evening multi-course dinner menu with prior reservation. Reservations can be made by telephone or directly at reception.

Yes. Our dinner menu also includes a vegetarian main course.

Of course we do our best to take allergies and food intolerances into account. Please inform our reception team as early as possible, ideally before your arrival.

Yes. We are happy to prepare a packed lunch for your excursion or hike. Please order it the evening before at reception.

Yes. Our "Feuer & Eis" wellness area features a Finnish old-wood sauna, a stone-pine bio sauna, a steam bath, a Kneipp area and a cosy relaxation room.

As a hotel guest you can use our wellness area during regular opening hours. The services included in your stay are also listed in your booked package.

The wellness area is open daily from 3:00 to 7:00 pm.

Yes. You will find a wellness bag with a bathrobe and sauna towels in your room. If you need a different bathrobe size, our reception team will be happy to help. Slippers are available free of charge at reception.

Yes. Our wellness area is a textile-free area. At the same time, we kindly ask you to treat the entire facility as a quiet, whisper zone.

Children and young people under 16 may only enter the wellness area when accompanied by a parent. Please note that it is a textile-free relaxation area.

Yes. During our private sauna evening, the entire wellness area from 8:30 to 10:30 pm belongs exclusively to you and your companion. The evening includes sparkling wine and a romantic candle-lit atmosphere. Bookings are made via our reception.

Yes. Free parking is available directly at the hotel.

Reserving a regular parking space in advance is usually not necessary. For special requirements, feel free to contact us before your arrival.

Yes. There are three charging stations with Type 2 connectors at the hotel. You can collect the required chip card at reception.

The "Gortipohl Zentrum" stop is about 150 metres from the hotel. The ski and hiking bus takes you to the valley stations of the Valisera Bahn in St. Gallenkirch and the Versettla Bahn in Gaschurn in around seven minutes.

Yes. Thanks to the nearby bus stop, you can reach many excursion destinations, mountain lifts and winter sports areas without your own car. We are happy to help you plan your arrival by public transport.

Yes. On arrival you receive the guest card of the Montafon tourism region. It gives you discounts at various excursion destinations and leisure facilities.

Dogs may be brought along with prior registration. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant area or in the wellness area.

Yes. Please state your dog directly when booking or contact us before your arrival. This allows us to check whether a suitable room is available and to inform you about the current conditions.

Please only leave your dog alone in the room for short periods if it is used to it and stays calm. Costs may arise for damage or additional cleaning.

The Montafon offers more than 1,000 kilometres of marked hiking trails. At reception we are happy to help with personal route suggestions, hiking maps and insider tips. Hiking poles can also be provided.

Yes. One backpack per room is available for your hikes and excursions.

Several mountain bikes are available free of charge for our guests directly at the hotel, subject to availability. You can also rent high-quality mountain bikes and e-bikes at discounted rates from our partner Intersport Montafon.

Yes. The tennis courts of the St. Gallenkirch-Gortipohl tennis club are located close by. Hotel guests can use them free of charge, and we are happy to reserve a court for you. If possible, please bring your own tennis racket and suitable shoes.

In summer you can play table tennis at our hotel. Rackets and balls are available at reception.

As a BergePLUS partner hotel, we enable you to take part in a varied activity programme free of charge. In summer, for example, guided hikes, mountain bike and e-bike tours as well as via ferrata tours are offered. In winter, snowshoe and winter hikes are part of the programme. Rental equipment and bikes are not included in all offers.

Yes. The leisure pass for the mountain lifts and various leisure facilities is available directly at our reception. Our team will be happy to advise you on choosing the right validity period.

Yes. Our reception team knows the Montafon personally and is happy to give you recommendations for hikes, mountain tours, family excursions and rainy-day activities.

You can comfortably reach the Silvretta Montafon ski area with the free ski bus. The nearest stop is only about 150 metres from the hotel. The ride to the valley stations in St. Gallenkirch or Gaschurn takes around seven minutes.

Yes. Multi-day ski passes of the Montafon Brandnertal Card are available directly at our reception. This saves you queuing at the lift ticket office.

Yes. In the basement you will find a ski room with a heated ski boot dryer.

At our exclusive partner Intersport Montafon you receive discounted rates for ski and snowboard equipment. In addition, there is 50 percent off the ski depot, including for your own equipment. Please show our hotel guest card or advantage card.

We recommend the Intersport branch at the valley station of the Valisera Bahn in St. Gallenkirch. From there you can reach both the Nova and the Hochjoch ski areas particularly conveniently.

The nearest cross-country trail is about 300 metres from the hotel and can be used free of charge. Further particularly scenic trails can be found on the Silvretta Bielerhöhe.

On Garfrescha, night sledding takes place regularly in winter. The illuminated natural toboggan run is around 5.5 kilometres long. Information about operating days, opening hours and sled rental is available at our reception.

Yes. The entire hotel is a non-smoking area. Smoking is permitted on the terrace in front of the hotel and on the room balconies.

Our comfort rooms have their own in-room safe with a freely selectable four-digit PIN. If you are staying in a standard room, your valuables can be securely stored at reception.

Postcards and stamps are available at reception. We are happy to accept your stamped post and take it to the post office for you.

Our reception team will gladly help you personally plan your holiday days. We give you tips on hikes, ski areas, mountain bike routes, excursion destinations and special places that we locals like to visit ourselves.
